Make the most of your CHoPS 2027 partnership. Your digital Sponsor Lounge page gives you the opportunity to introduce your organisation, showcase your solutions and connect directly with conference participants.
More than
just a logo.
Your Sponsor Lounge page is your dedicated space within the CHoPS 2027 event platform. Delegates can discover your organisation, learn about your products and services, view your content and connect with your team.
You don't need to provide everything listed below. Start with the essentials and add the content that best supports your objectives for CHoPS 2027.
The essentials.
Company Profile
Introduce your organisation, key messages and what you offer. Please provide 100–300 words. A short bullet list may also be included.
Company Logo
A transparent PNG is preferred. Minimum 800×800 px for a square logo or 1200 px wide for a landscape logo.
Hero / Header Banner
Create a visual header for your sponsor page. JPG or PNG, ideally 1920×600 px or 1920×480 px.
Website & Contact
Add your website URL and, if desired, a contact email and social channels such as LinkedIn, YouTube or X.
Documents
Share brochures, product sheets, one-pagers or case studies. We recommend 1–5 PDF files, ideally under 10 MB each.
Video
Add a company introduction, product demonstration or teaser video. Please provide a YouTube or Vimeo link, title and short description.
Make it interactive.
Image Gallery
Showcase products, projects, your team or use cases. Provide 3–10 JPG or PNG images with a consistent aspect ratio such as 16:9 or 1:1.
Call to Action
Invite delegates to book a meeting, request a demo or contact your team. Provide the button text, destination URL and contact person.
Offers & Announcements
Promote a giveaway, invitation, discount code or special announcement. Keep the message concise and include validity dates where relevant.
Book a Meeting
Want delegates to connect directly with your team? Link your CTA to a Calendly, Microsoft Teams booking page or your own meeting form.
A tip for your banner
Keep important text, logos and visual elements centred within your banner. Images are automatically adapted for different screen sizes, so content close to the edges may be cropped on mobile devices.
