The International Conference on Conveying and Handling of Particulate Solids (CHoPS) is the leading global forum for researchers, engineers and industry experts working in particle technology, bulk solids handling and granular flow systems. First launched in 1995, CHoPS has travelled the world - from the UK to South Africa, Israel to Brazil - and in 2027 it will take place in the Netherlands for the first time, hosted at TU Delft.
CHoPS offers a unique opportunity to bridge theory and application in an open, international setting. Whether you work in research, operations, safety or equipment development, you'll find a like-minded, forward-thinking community at CHoPS 2027.
Who You'll Meet
- Academic researchers in particle mechanics, process engineering and materials science
- Industry professionals from the chemical, energy, pharmaceutical, food and mining sectors
- Early-career researchers and PhD students entering the field
- Technology providers and demonstration partners
