CHoPS 2027 will take place at the TU Delft Aula Conference Centre, located at the heart of the TU Delft campus.

The Aula is TU Delft's landmark conference centre and provides the main conference spaces, meeting rooms and networking areas for CHoPS 2027.

Getting Here

Travel to Delft.

Delft is centrally located in the Netherlands and has excellent connections by international rail, air and Dutch public transport.

By train

Delft is directly connected to major Dutch cities. International rail connections are available via Rotterdam, The Hague, Amsterdam and Utrecht.

By air

Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is the main international airport. The train journey from Schiphol to Delft takes approximately 40–45 minutes.

Station → Aula

From Delft Station, continue to the TU Delft campus by tram, bus, bicycle, taxi or on foot. Tram 19 serves the stop "Aula".

Delft offers a range of hotels within the historic city centre and close to the TU Delft campus. The compact size of the city makes it easy to travel between your hotel, the conference venue and the city centre.

Invitation Letters.

Participants who require a visa to enter the Netherlands are strongly advised to start their visa application as early as possible. Visa processing times and appointment availability vary by country and embassy.

Your official invitation letter After your registration has been completed and payment has been received, you can generate your personalised CHoPS 2027 invitation letter directly from your Dryfta dashboard.

Complete your registration Register for CHoPS 2027 and make sure all participant details are entered correctly.

Complete payment Your invitation letter becomes available after payment has been received and processed.

Check your profile details Make sure your full name, affiliation, address and other personal details are correct and correspond with your visa application.

Download your invitation letter Log in to your CHoPS 2027 account and download your personalised invitation letter from your participant dashboard.

Does your embassy require additional documentation? If your embassy requires a physically signed invitation letter, specific wording, confirmation of participation or other supporting documentation, please contact the CHoPS 2027 Conference Secretariat.
