Abstract Submission

Share your work at CHoPS 2027, the 12th International Conference on Conveying and Handling of Particulate Solids. On this page you will find the abstract requirements, submission steps, and key deadlines.

Oral or poster
During submission, indicate your preferred presentation format.

Peer reviewed
All submissions will be evaluated by the scientific reviewers.
Notification
15 January 2027
Authors will receive the outcome through the Dryfta system.

How to submit your abstract

To submit your contribution, please follow the steps below. You can start your submission, save your progress, and return later before final submission.

  1. Create or access your Dryfta account.
  2. Go to your Dashboard and open My Submissions.
  3. Click New Submission or Submit Abstract.
  4. Select your preferred presentation type: Oral or Poster.
  5. Complete the submission form, including:
    • Abstract title (text only)
    • Abstract summary (only text, maximum 200 words)
    • Relevant topic(s), sub-topic(s), challenge(s), and technique(s)
    • Keywords (maximum 5)
    • Author and co-author details
  6. Upload your abstract as a PDF using the official CHoPS 2027 template.
  7. When all information is complete, click Submit. Your submission status and all further communication will remain available in Dryfta.

Abstract requirements

  • Language: English
  • File format: PDF
  • Maximum length: 2 pages
  • Maximum file size: 10 MB
  • Template: Use the official abstract template

Please make sure your abstract is complete, clear, and prepared in accordance with the required format before submitting.

Review and scientific integrity

All abstracts will be reviewed for:

  • Originality
  • Clarity
  • Relevance to CHoPS 2027
  • Scientific and technical quality

Authors will be notified of the review outcome by 15 January 2027. Decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

Important: Reviewers are bound by confidentiality. Plagiarism or other forms of scientific misconduct will result in rejection and may be reported to the authors' institution.
